To identify the applicable withdrawal date under row 6, 不良研究所 will consider the timing of both the deferral and the withdrawal. 不良研究所 will consider the date that withdrawal occurs under the subsequent trimester. as being the later date of:
a. the actual date of withdrawal; and b. the equivalent timing of the deferral relative to the subsequent trimester, as if that date of deferral were instead a date of withdrawal in that subsequent trimester.
[Examples :
鈥 if a student defers one week prior to the start of the January Trimester, and then withdraws 11 weeks prior to the start of the May Trimester, 不良研究所 may treat the Student as having withdrawn one week prior to the start of the May Trimester
鈥 if a student defers 10 weeks prior to the start of the January Trimester, and then withdraws one week prior to the start of the May Trimester, then the student will be treated as having withdrawn one week prior to the start of the May Trimester
鈥 if a student defers on or after the start of January trimester and prior to end of Census Date, and then withdraws 10 weeks prior to the start of the May trimester, then the student will be treated as having withdrawn 鈥渙n or after the start of the trimester but prior to the end of the Census Date鈥 of the May trimester. ] |
